Nilesh Sane – CEO
As CEO of Eminence, Nilesh brings with him over 12 years of core IT Experience. Demonstrating a unique mix of technical vision, marketing and business acumen, Nilesh has worked with companies in such diverse sectors as Healthcare, E-Learning, Logistic Management and Online Web Portals, and has been instrumental in strategizing Eminence’s unique blend of domain expertise coupled with state of the art technologies.
Before laying the foundations of Eminence, Nilesh worked with Leading CMMI5 level companies in myriad roles, an experience which is proving to be of immense value to the organization.
Under him the company has grown at a constant rate of 30% YOY and his vision of “Building Ideas” is the new face of Eminence.
Nilesh is currently working on Product Placement Strategies and Partner Collaborations.
Pawan Patole - Creative Director
Creative Directors aren't born overnight. With over 10 years of experience in managing high-profile, multimedia marketing and advertising productions including print, television/cable and the Web, Pawan brings with him a complete package of "Creativity" with "Technology". Being the Creative Director of Eminence he ensures that every little task “looks good”.
Pawan has a commercial arts background and has been branding applications which are deployed in Fortune 500 companies, in his prior engagements. His User Interface skills are extemporary and his knowledge of design coupled with latest technology ensures that the branding of any application which we develop is contemporary. He is also a skilled thought leader with the ability to successfully sell big ideas, inspire teams, drive business goals and increase user engagement.
Sanjeev Jain – Delivery Unit Head
Sanjeev heads the delivery section of Eminence. He brings with him over 16 years experience from a variety of platforms and verticals. His immaculate planning and understanding of client requirements and deliverables ensure that the implementations always meet the expected standards. His contribution towards the Learning Management System and Customer Management System has been exemplary and has helped the company in achieving the desired levels of customer satisfaction.
He is currently working on the next version of CRM and Logistics Management System
